Bio: Wade’s history is mostly unknown. His mother died of cancer when he was young and his father was physically abusive, with Wade himself growing up to be a delinquent in his teenage years. Following a brief stint of military service, Wade began his mercenary career while still in his late teens. Accepting assassination jobs only against those whom he felt deserved death, he made a habit of using plastic surgery and technology to take on a new identity whenever he failed an assignment. This came to an end, however, when Wade was unable to kill one of his targets and his girlfriend of the time was punished for his failure.

Unhappy that others were being unwillingly sucked into his life and hurt for it, Wade ran away. He returned after learning he had contracted cancer, signing up for Canada’s Weapon-X program where he was given an experimental treatment to imitate Wolverine’s healing factor. He was cured of cancer but he did not become the hero that Weapon-X was supposed to make him, which instead deteriorated his sanity. Since then he has been involved with many organisations - both good and evil - including the Deadpool Corps and Uncanny X-Force.

Abilities: Regenerative Healing Factor, Foreign Chemical Resistance, Disease Immunity, Extended Longevity, Peak Human Strength, Superhuman Stamina, Agility, Reflexes and Speed, Master Martial Artist, Master Assassin, Master Swordsman, Skilled Linguist.
